In this sense, quality represents an important criterion for the award of contracts and forms a reliable bond with our customers. Quality for us is the consistent avoidance of sources of malfunction at all stages of handling an order. Highest priority is given by all our staff to achieving improvements in all areas.
This applies to organisation, paperwork, documents, the transport fleet and resources, contract checking, supplier quality and communications and is also reflected in the QUMH Company philosophy, quality and environmental policies, training plan, staff information, employee meetings and personnel development planning.
