Information about the whistleblower system:

In order to comply with legal requirements and to identify potential violations as proactively as possible and prevent them in future, or to initiate the necessary follow-up measures, TRANSCO GmbH, Transco Services GmbH and Transco East GmbH have set up an internal reporting office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). If you become aware of or learn of any legal violations, you can report them to our responsible (external) representatives at the ombudsman’s office via our web-based whistleblower system. Examples of this could include fraud or harassment, as well as behaviour that violates laws and guidelines. In this way, you can make a significant contribution to the detection and prevention of legal violations.

The ombudsman’s office has representatives who provide advice on the whistleblower system and receive reports from whistleblowers. In this context, they are also responsible for implementing and monitoring the whistleblower system. Confidentiality and the protection of whistleblowers are our top priorities. Reports can also be made anonymously if desired.
