This Code of Conduct applies to all employees of the TRANSCO Group. Violations of the Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action. Violations of legal regulations may lead to criminal and civil liability.

Working hours must not exceed the legal limits. TRANSCO ensures that the compensation of all employees meets at least the statutory minimum standards. Wages are paid regularly and in legal tender. Overtime is compensated in accordance with applicable regulations.
